Banana milk cake is very tender, sweet, slightly moist, with a pronounced banana flavor.

  6. Butter (100 g), cut into pieces and put in a bowl

  11. Peel the bananas and mash with a fork to a puree.

  18. We bake a banana cake in milk in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-50 minutes. The baking time depends on the height and shape of the cake. We check readiness with a wooden stick: when piercing the cake, it should come out dry.
  19. After 30 minutes of baking, the surface of the cake turned brown, but the cake inside was not baked yet, so I covered it with foil and baked for another 20 minutes. In total, the cake was baked for 50 minutes.
  20. We take out the finished cupcake from the mold, its surface can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with banana slices.
