Blackberry soufflé with condensed milk

Berry desserts are not only delicious, but also very healthy. One of these desserts is a soufflé of berries with condensed milk, the recipe of which I want to offer you. As berries I will use blackberries, you can use your favorite berries.

  1. Pour the washed berries with water (0.5 cups) and boil. Soak the gelatin in the remaining water until it swells.
  2. While hot, rub the blackberries through a sieve. Add sugar to the hot puree, mix thoroughly. Warm the swollen gelatin over low heat in a water bath until the crystals are completely dissolved.
  3. Combine gelatin with berry puree.
  4. Beat the puree with gelatin with a mixer, at low speed, until a stable foam. Add condensed milk and whisk again. Divide into molds and let dry. Top with berries, if desired.
