What's not in tapioca? There are no fats, proteins, gluten - nothing, but the pudding from the topioka turns out to be unusually tasty and interesting in structure. Just look at the cutaway photo of the pudding, at those little balls! They look very appetizing, don't they?

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine tapioca, cane sugar (you can use regular), salt and vanilla sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Add milk, stir and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 12-15 minutes. Then remove from the stove and set aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly.
  3. Whisk the eggs.
  4. In a thin stream, constantly stirring, pour the eggs into the pan.
  5. To stir thoroughly.
  6. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the milk mixture into it.
  7. Bake in a preheated steam oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until caramelized.
  8. Cool the finished pudding and you can serve it on the table. Bon appetit!
