Omelette (frittata) with spinach is an Italian version of an omelette, a great suggestion for a tasty and easy-to-prepare breakfast or a hot dinner. A spinach and feta omelet can be made very quickly and easily, so it's a great way to deal with a sudden onset of hunger.

  1. Cut spinach. If frozen, then defrost and drain the liquid first.
  2. Mix milk with eggs, pepper and nutmeg. Season with garlic.
  3. Soften chopped onion in oil, add spinach and fry.
  4. Add egg mass, sprinkle with grated cheese. Fry, covered, for about 5 minutes, until the omelet is done.
  5. Serve omelet with vegetables. Bon appetit!
