Cooking a roll with tangerines takes very little time, as it does not require baking. It seems to me that this is the easiest and most delicious winter dessert. Why winter? Because tangerines for me are associated with winter, New Year, Christmas, Christmas tree.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind cookies in a blender or in any way convenient for you.
  2. Puree bananas with a blender or mash with a fork.
  3. Add cocoa powder to the cookies and mix.
  4. Add pureed banana and knead a plastic homogeneous mass.
  5. Combine cottage cheese (mascarpone, philadelphia) with honey and mix.
  6. Cover the work surface with cling film in two layers. Roll out a rectangle of brown mass on the film.
  7. Spread the curd mass in an even layer on the brown layer, leaving the upper part 2-3 cm ungreased.
  8. Peel the tangerines and lay them on their side along the edge of the base.
  9. Using cling film, roll up a tight roll. Put the roll in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  10. Sprinkle the finished roll with powdered sugar and decorate with tangerine slices.
  11. Bon appetit!
