Braised cabbage in the sleeve

Delicious lunch/dinner for the whole family! Stewed cabbage in the sleeve, cooking in the oven, simple, fast and very tasty)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cabbage cut into thin strips.
  2. Grate carrots on a medium grater.
  3. Cut the peeled onion into cubes or add dried green onions like I did.
  4. Mix vegetables, salt to taste and add pepper if desired, mix.
  5. Add bay leaf and vegetable oil.
  6. Transfer the vegetables to the baking sleeve and tie the ends with knots.⠀
  7. We spread the sleeve on a baking sheet and send it to the oven for 30 minutes at 180C, take out the baking sheet, turn the sleeve over to the other side and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. The cabbage is ready, cut the bag and arrange on plates.
