  6. After each new portion of flour, knead the dough with a mixer.
  7. It turns out a moderately thick dough.
  8. Using a fine grater, remove 2 teaspoons of zest (the colored part of the lemon peel) from the lemon.
  9. Add the zest to the dough.
  10. Rinse the raisins, then be sure to pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
  11. After this time, drain the water. Dry the raisins.
  12. Set aside 15-20 grams for decoration, add raisins to the dough.
  13. Mix the dough well.
  14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  15. Peel and core apples and cut into small pieces.
  16. Prepare a round mold for the cake with a notch - it needs to be lightly greased with vegetable oil.
  17. Pour the dough into a mold, "drown" apple slices in it (so that they look out on the surface). Sprinkle the cake with the remaining raisins.
  18. Bake a cake with apples and raisins in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  19. Readiness to check with a skewer, it may take a little more time, it depends on your oven.
