  1. Separate whites from yolks. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
  2. Gradually add flour, sugar, yolks and mix.

  4. Prepared bags can be installed in heat-resistant forms, glasses, or you can come up with any other installation method. We twisted the holder for the bags from the wire.

  7. Break white chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath. Add powdered sugar, milk (cream) and green dye. Mix until smooth.
  8. Dip biscuit cones in chocolate on all sides.
  9. Chocolate sets quickly before it hardens - you can decorate with coconut flakes or colored sprinkles.
  10. And on the frozen chocolate, you can draw decorations with a gel confectionery pencil.
  11. Thread the finished Christmas trees onto skewers or cocktail tubes. In order for the Christmas trees to dry well, you need to install them vertically. To do this, you can use foam, or an inverted colander.
  12. You can serve Cake Pops Yolochka by sticking it into the cake or placing the sticks in a tall glass.
