Chicken fillet in a slow cooker

Juicy, tasty chicken fillet is obtained in a slow cooker. It will take a minimum of time: marinated and left for 30 minutes, then transferred to a slow cooker and after 30 minutes the meat is ready. You can bake in the oven, but in the hot summer you don’t want to turn it on at all.

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet well, dry it with a paper towel and coat well with soy sauce, salt, add pepper, garlic and spices. Leave the fillet to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Wrap the marinated fillet in foil.
  3. Line the bottom of the multicooker bowl with parchment paper for baking so as not to accidentally scratch it with foil. Place chicken fillet wrapped in foil on parchment paper.
  4. Turn on the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the finished chicken fillet with any side dish or vegetables.
