Chicken Roll with Egg and Cheese is a very tasty dish that can be eaten both hot and cold. A thin layer of minced meat with a ruddy crust, tender filling and aroma of spices!!

  1. Add one raw egg, chopped green onions, salt, pepper and spices to the minced chicken. Mix.
  2. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a work surface and brush it with vegetable oil.
  3. Put the minced meat on the parchment, flatten it to make a rectangle 20x30 cm and 1-1.5 cm thick. Lay the cheese in a strip along the center of the minced meat,
  4. put boiled eggs on the cheese. Eggs can be cut in half or left whole. You can take quail eggs.
  5. Using parchment, roll the roll so that the eggs and cheese are in the middle of the minced chicken. Fold the edges of the parchment paper over and place in a loaf pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let the finished roll cool slightly, remove the parchment.
