Chicken steam cutlets in a slow cooker

Delicate dietary chicken cutlets are suitable for people who care about their health, dieters, as well as small children.

Ingredients

• 500 g chicken fillet
• 1 egg
• 1-2 bulbs
• salt pepper
• 50 ml milk
• 20 g bread

Directions

1. Chop chicken and onion. Add an egg. You can grind everything with a blender or twist with a meat grinder.
2. Soak bread in milk.
3. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into small cubes.
4. Add the bread soaked in milk to the minced meat and mix.
5. Then add chopped carrots, salt and pepper.
6. Mix everything thoroughly.
7. With wet hands, roll the minced meat into balls and put them in a steaming pan. Pour hot water into the bottom of the bowl so that the water level is a few centimeters below the pan. Install the tray in the multicooker.
8. Turn on the steam cooking mode for 25 minutes. Ready cutlets podpvat with any side dish.
