  5. In a deep saucepan with a thick bottom, combine chocolate, cream and butter. Melt over low heat without boiling.
  6. The chocolate mass will turn out shiny and homogeneous.
  7. Set the mass aside, cool slightly.
  8. Break the eggs into a blender bowl and mix with sugar. Beat with a blender until a homogeneous light yellow fluffy mass.
  9. Pour the eggs with sugar into the pan with the chocolate-creamy mass, mix gently with a spatula.
  10. Gradually add the sifted wheat flour to the dough, gently mixing with a spatula so as not to release air bubbles. It is thanks to them that the cake will turn out airy.
  11. The last ingredient is rum-infused raisins. Drain the liquid and send the dried fruits to the dough.
  12. Cover the baking dish with parchment and pour the dough into the form.
  13. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick is dry (after piercing the dough, the toothpick should remain dry).
  14. Sprinkle the slightly cooled chocolate cake evenly with cocoa powder.
  15. Cut the cooled chocolate cake with raisins into portioned cake rectangles.
  16. Serve with tea, coffee, warm milk - this chocolate cake will be delicious with any drink.
