Chocolate orange muffins with sour cream

Quick pastries for tea - chocolate-orange muffins. The dough for cupcakes is kneaded on sour cream with the addition of cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the orange. Using a fine grater, carefully remove 1 tbsp. a spoonful of zest (only the orange part).
  2. Beat eggs into a bowl, add sugar, salt and vanilla.
  3. Beat everything well with a mixer in a lush foam (3-4 minutes).
  4. Add sour cream (or yogurt), cream and soft butter. Whisk everything well.
  5. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  6. Sift flour into a separate bowl. Then add cocoa powder, starch and baking powder.
  7. Mix everything well with a spoon.
  8. Then add the dry ingredients to the sour cream mixture.
  9. Stir the dough with a spoon until smooth.
  10. Then add the orange zest to the dough. Mix.
  11. The dough should be thick and slowly fall off the spoon.
  12. Prepare cupcake pans. You can use paper, silicone or metal molds.
  13. If using metal molds, grease them with vegetable or butter.
  14. Forms fill with dough for 2/3.
  15. Bake cupcakes in a preheated oven for 30 minutes (until cooked).
  16. Chocolate orange cupcakes are ready. If desired, you can sprinkle the cupcakes with powdered sugar.
