For some reason, sweet soups are considered childish. But believe me, adults will also be happy to eat cold sweet cherry soup. Especially if it's hot outside, and the soup is so pleasant, cool, sweet and sour...

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add cherries and sugar to boiling water. Boil.
  2. Pour a little compote into a separate bowl and dilute the flour in it.
  3. Advice
  4. If you want your soup to be lump-free, then grind the mass through a sieve. But lumps of dough, like small cherry dumplings, give the soup an interesting taste.
  5. Carefully pour the flour mass into the boiling compote and mix thoroughly.
  6. Cook until compote thickens slightly.
  7. Cool the finished compote to a warm state and add the cream.
  8. Mix and put in the refrigerator.
  9. Serve cold. Garnish with whole cherries and mint leaves before serving.
  10. Bon appetit!
