The most unusual shortcrust pastry, how much joy its shape will bring to children. Try baking it with your child.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind room temperature margarine with sugar.
  2. Add flour, salt, vanilla sugar and knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts and add cocoa to one part. Be sure to refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the white dough into a layer 4-5 mm thick. Cut out blanks with a "heart" mold - these will be the muzzles of the dog.
  5. Roll out the dark dough and also cut out the blanks with a "heart" mold, but cut them in half again - these will be the ears.
  6. On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, assemble the muzzle of a dog from blanks: lay out white hearts at a distance from each other, attach halves of dark “hearts” - ears to them, and press lightly. From the dark dough make noses and eyes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Cool completely on a baking sheet and serve.
  9. Happy tea!
