Your kids will love these cookies!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift wheat flour and powdered sugar and stir.
  2. Break chocolate into pieces. Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath. Stir constantly.
  3. Pour all the hot chocolate into the flour at once
  4. Knead with a silicone spatula until smooth.
  5. Form a sausage from the dough and wrap in parchment paper or cling film. You can give the sausage a round, triangular, rectangular shape, depending on what kind of cookie you want to get. Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes until the dough is just slightly firm but not hard. Turn on the oven to warm up to 170 degrees. Sprinkle a few drops of water on a baking sheet and spread parchment paper.
  6. Unfold the dough and cut with a sharp knife into cookies 1 cm wide. Put the cookies on parchment paper at a distance from each other and put them in the oven for a couple of minutes. This way the cookies will soften a bit and won't crack when you put the M&M's in. Spread over M&M's and press down slightly. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10-15 minutes. Always refer to your oven. Let cool. The traffic light cookie is ready. Bon appetit!
