Cottage cheese - sour cream dessert with strawberries or any other berry is a favorite breakfast in our family, especially children! And this is not surprising, because such a dessert is very tasty, airy, moderately sweet and at the same time healthy and nutritious! Try this wonderful strawberry dessert in a glass!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. I pour gelatin with warm water and set it aside to swell, then put it in a water bath until the gelatin is completely dissolved (not letting it boil).
  2. I add condensed milk, sugar, sour cream, vanillin to the cottage cheese and carefully mix it with a submersible blender.
  3. Add cooled gelatin and mix well again.
  4. I pour part of the mass into another container, put the strawberries in the rest and interrupt again with a blender. I pour into glasses.
  5. I also make a white dessert, for this I put strawberries in a glass, which I cut into four parts and fill it with white mass, which I previously cast off from the total mass.
  6. I send it to the refrigerator for two to three hours. You can decorate desserts as you wish, I decorated with chopped strawberries. Bon appetit!
