Homemade cookies on sour cream with cherries - a recipe for soft cookies that children love very much.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl, sift flour with baking powder.
  3. Combine the liquid and dry ingredients of the dough and mix until smooth, the dough should not be thick, but not very liquid, it should slightly stick to your hands.
  4. Wash the cherries, dry them, remove the pits and drain the cherry juice. Gently fold the cherries into the batter. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil.
  5. With moistened hands form medium-sized balls, place them on a baking sheet and press lightly on top. From the indicated amount of ingredients, I got 10 medium-sized cookies. We send the baking sheet with cookies to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the top is lightly browned. We take the liver out of the oven, let it cool completely on a baking sheet and serve it with tea.
  6. Homemade cookies on sour cream with cherries are ready! For a more detailed cooking process, see the video. Bon appetit!
