Incredible semolina porridge

Ingredients

  1. Medium-sized mango and 2 bananas, peeled.
  2. Remove the zest from 1 lime with a fine grater.
  3. The mango pulp is also rubbed on a fine grater.
  4. Bananas cut into small cubes.
  5. 100 g semolina mixed with 2 tbsp. l. sugar and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
  6. We will need 400 ml of coconut milk (standard can) with a fat content of 7-9 percent or less. If your milk is fatter, dilute it with water. If you do not want to dilute, then you just need more milk to boil the porridge. And in general, it all depends on how thick the porridge you want to get.
  7. Heat the milk until hot, but not boiling. Pour semolina with sugar and cook for a minute, stirring.
  8. Add chopped banana and mango puree. Mix well.
  9. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with lime zest and flax seeds on top.
