Very simple, light, but nevertheless very tasty lenten soup with oatmeal. Such a soup can be prepared not only for vegetarians or on fasting days, but simply if you are tired of heavy and fatty foods. Despite its simplicity, it saturates very well.

  1. Peel vegetables and cut into cubes.
  2. Bring water to a boil and add chopped vegetables. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, turmeric and oatmeal. Cook until cereal is cooked.
  3. The soup is ready. Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with herbs. Bon appetit!
