Liver soufflé with chickpeas in a slow cooker

  1. Boil chickpeas until tender. You can boil in a slow cooker in the "Extinguishing" mode, it will take about two hours. Or 1 hour in "Baking" mode
  2. Whip all the ingredients, except for the egg, with a blender or twist through a meat grinder.
  3. Then add the egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mix.
  4. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil and pour the mixture into the bowl.
  5. Turn on the "Baking" (Cassel) mode for 40 minutes. You can cook in the "Steam" mode for 30-40 minutes, putting the mass into molds and putting them in the steamer basket.
  6. Remove the finished soufflé from the multicooker and you can serve it on the table. Delicious both hot and cold.
