A chocolate brownie should ideally be sticky and slightly moist. For a drier brownie, simply bake it longer.

  1. Pour flour into a large bowl.
  2. Add sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir.
  3. Add milk or water to dry ingredients.
  4. Then pour in vegetable oil and add vanilla.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Spread the dough evenly into a baking dish.
  7. Bake the brownie pie for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the top is no longer shiny.
  8. Let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before removing it from the mold.
  9. If desired, the brownie pie can be decorated with melted chocolate, powdered sugar or sweet syrup.
  10. Brownie pie is ready.
