  1. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
  2. Beat the softened butter with a mixer until a white creamy state.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar to the butter and continue to beat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the eggs to the butter mixture one at a time, beating each time until smooth.
  5. Pour in the cognac and mix the mass until smooth at low speed.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter-cognac mixture, bring to uniformity.
  7. Peel the pears, cut into even, beautiful slices and sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon.
  8. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 22-23 cm diameter mold with butter and cover with parchment.
  9. Pour the dough into the mold, decorate with pears on top (press the pears a little into the dough).
  10. Bake a pie with pear and cognac at a temperature of 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick (toothpick) - it should be dry.
