Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 22-23 cm diameter mold with butter and cover with parchment.
Pour the dough into the mold, decorate with pears on top (press the pears a little into the dough).
Bake a pie with pear and cognac at a temperature of 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick (toothpick) - it should be dry.
