  3. Poppy filling is sold ready-made in stores. But there are also several types: dry and wet. I have a wet poppy seed filling.
  4. If there is no ready-made poppy seed filling, then ground poppy seeds can be used.
  5. If your poppy seed filling requires pre-soaking, then fill it with milk or water. Read the recipe on the package.
  6. Add milk (cream) and stir. The poppy seed filling is sweet, but if it seemed to you that there was not enough sugar, then at this stage add sugar and mix.
  7. Stir the gelatin until completely dissolved, strain and pour into the curd mass in a thin stream, while stirring it.
  8. Pour the poppy-curd mass into molds and put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
