Pumpkin Apple Pudding

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the pumpkin, finely chop or grate on a coarse grater, put in a saucepan, pour milk and simmer until tender.
  2. Peel and core apples, chop finely and add to the pumpkin. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add sugar and semolina.
  3. Stew for another five minutes with constant stirring, cool the finished mass and puree with a blender.
  4. Separate the yolk from the protein. Add the yolk to the puree, mix.
  5. Beat the protein into a strong foam
  6. and carefully fold into the puree.
  7. Grease the molds with butter and fill 3/4 of the puree.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
  9. Serve with syrup or cream.
