Rice porridge with quince in a slow cooker

Rice with quince is a delicious and satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the quince thoroughly, remove the core and cut into pieces.
  2. Try to do this as quickly as possible, as cut quince, like apples, quickly darkens. Try to prepare all the ingredients, load into the bowl and pour water as quickly as possible, then the quince will retain its color.
  3. Rinse rice and pour over quince, add washed raisins, sugar, butter if desired.
  4. Pour water into the bowl and turn on the Porridge / Pilaf mode. Cooking time approximately 60 minutes.
  5. An hour later I tried quince, it turned out to be hard. I turned on the slow cooker for another 10 minutes, and then left it in the warming mode for 30 minutes.
  6. Mix the prepared porridge.
  7. Serve rice porridge with warm quince.
  8. Bon appetit!
