Smoothie banana-spinach-strawberry

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place a handful of spinach leaves in a blender. Add a glass of fresh or frozen strawberries. One banana is peeled and cut into the same place, in a blender. If you want a cold smoothie, then either the banana or the strawberry must be frozen.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. It can be replaced with honey or maple syrup. You can add more sweetener, less or eliminate it altogether.
  3. And pour everything with a glass of coconut or any other milk. If the milk is cow's, then the drink will cease to be lean.
  4. Blend until smooth and you're done!
  5. Bon appetit and don't be afraid to experiment!
