I propose to prepare pizza muffins based on cauliflower - soft, with pleasant cheese, smoked and tomato flavors, as well as with the aroma of herbs and garlic.

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  3. We wash the cauliflower, disassemble it into medium-sized inflorescences.
  4. We place the cabbage inflorescences in a blender bowl, grind to a state of fine crumbs.
  5. In a deep bowl, combine chopped cauliflower, eggs, flour, Italian herbs, dried garlic, salt and pepper.
  6. Finely chop the basil leaves and add to the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough for cupcakes thoroughly, until smooth.
  7. Grease cupcake molds with vegetable oil. We fill 2/3 with dough. In the center of each "muffin" we make a recess, form the sides.
  8. We send the form to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the sausages into small pieces.
  10. After 25-30 minutes, grease the browned muffins with tomato sauce. In each "basket" lay out a portion of sausages. Sausages are covered with grated cheese.
  11. Return the "muffins" to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
  12. The cheese is melted - the cupcakes are ready.
  13. Cauliflower "muffins" with sausages, cheese and tomato sauce are served both hot and cold. When serving, you can decorate pizza muffins with basil leaves.
