Vanilla cheese curds are a tasty and healthy snack at work, a healthy lunch for a child at school, or just a sweet treat when you want something tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, coconut flakes, honey and vanilla extract (or vanilla sugar). Mix the mass thoroughly.
  2. If the cottage cheese is too wet, you should first let it drain and then squeeze it well. And if the cottage cheese is granular, you first need to chop it with a blender.
  3. Form cheese curds from the curd mass and put them on the board. Put in the freezer for half an hour.
  4. After half an hour, remove the curds from the freezer, decorate as desired and you can eat! Store cheese in the refrigerator.
  5. Bon appetit!
