Quinoa is high in protein and is ideal for the growing body and active people as well as vegetarians. I added baked peppers, fresh cucumber, herbs to this salad, seasoned with olive oil and lemon. It can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish for baked meat or fish.

  2. Chop the herbs finely and add to the salad.
  3. Season the tabbouleh with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice, salt and stir.
