Tobiko caviar (flying fish roe) is not as beautiful in appearance and does not have such a bright taste as red or black. But as a decoration for tobiko fish dishes - caviar №1. And if you add a little more of this caviar to the dish itself, for example, to a salad with shrimps and crab sticks, then the dish will only benefit from this.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into thin half-rings. Marinate it in a mixture of lemon juice and chili sauce for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cut the crab sticks across into 1 cm wide pieces, unfold into strips. Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise.
  3. Gently mix the prepared ingredients (along with the marinade) with the finely chopped green onions.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with tobiko, season salad with this mixture. Salt. Divide the salad into stacks or glasses. Garnish with caviar and serve.
