Appetizer salad with pineapple and corn

This pineapple salad is a great option for filling tartlets, and you can also just serve it on its own.

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 3 processed cheese
• 1 can of pineapples
• 1 can of corn
• 3-4 cloves of garlic
• mayonnaise

Directions

1. Grate eggs and cheese on a fine grater.
2. Finely chop the pineapples and add to the curds along with the corn.
3. Pass the garlic through a press, mix with mayonnaise and dress the salad with pineapples.
