Bean salad with egg

This recipe can be called a classic because the combination of green beans and eggs is a standard basis for multi-component salads. If desired, you can add meat, corn, or mushrooms.

  1. Boil eggs and put them in cold water.
  2. Throw frozen beans in boiling salted water. Boil for up to 5 minutes. Remove, drain the water, and rinse under cold water.
  3. Heat a frying pan with butter, transfer the beans and fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, for no more than 5 minutes.
  4. Put the beans in a prepared bowl, and squeeze the garlic into it. Stir.
  5. Cut eggs and add to beans. Salt, pepper, add mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly again. Sprinkle with herbs for beauty and more vitamins.
