Beet salad with crab sticks

A new, interesting and tasty salad of crab sticks, with beets, eggs and cheese.

Ingredients

• Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
• Boiled beets (medium size) - 1 pc.
• Crab sticks - 150-200 g
• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Garlic - 2 cloves
• Mayonnaise - to taste
• Salt - to taste

Directions

1. Boil eggs and beets, cool. Clean the eggs.
2. Peel the skin off the beets too.
3. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
4. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
5. Add the grated cheese to the bowl with the eggs. Rub the beets on a coarse grater there and push the garlic through the press.
6. Finely chop the crab sticks, add to the rest of the salad ingredients.
7. Season beet salad with crab sticks with mayonnaise, salt, mix.
8. Serve chilled beetroot salad with crab sticks.
