  3. Cut the chicken into long strips, salt and pepper and fry in a pan for about 5 minutes. Add sliced ​​white onion. Fry for 2 more minutes and then remove from heat.
  4. Prepare the sauce: combine crushed garlic, fish sauce, lemon juice and chopped chili peppers. Put the sauce in the refrigerator.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the rice noodles, grated carrots, fried chicken with onions, diced red onion, peanuts, and chopped cilantro. Mix and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve in portions, separately serve the sauce so that everyone adds the amount he needs to the salad.
