  1. Make balls out of frozen ice cream by placing them inside a teaspoon of sunflower seeds. Put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Chop cornflakes and mix them with sunflower seeds.
  3. Soak ice cream balls in a mixture of flakes and seeds. The mixture should be as firm as possible on the frozen ball. Therefore, form a dense layer with your hands.
  4. Put the balls in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Heat the oil. Beat the egg.
  6. Soak frozen balls in beaten egg and fry in boiling oil for 10-15 seconds. If necessary, turn the balls over.
  7. Place the fried ice cream on plates and decorate with pieces of chocolate, tangerine, and other additives.
  8. Drizzle with alcohol, set on fire, and serve immediately!
