This colorful salad is made with cabbage, raw beets and an apple. Products do not undergo heat treatment, but are used raw, so the salad is juicy, crispy, very healthy and contains a maximum of vitamins. Dressing is vegetable oil, which will help the better absorption of this salad.

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash and dry the apple, beets and greens.
  2. Chop white cabbage into thin strips.
  3. Cut the apple into thin sticks / straws. If desired, the apple can be peeled if it is too hard. Drizzle with lemon juice to keep apple flesh from browning.
  4. Chop parsley and dill.
  5. In a bowl or salad bowl, combine cabbage, apple and herbs.
  6. Peel the beetroot. Grate the beets on a Korean carrot grater or cut into thin strips.
  7. Transfer the beets to a separate bowl and drizzle with sunflower oil. Stir. Due to this, the oil will "seal" the beet juice and, when mixed, the rest of the products will not be colored so much.
  8. Transfer the beetroot slices to the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Add salt to taste and stir.
