Calamari with cheese and garlic

Appetizer salad of squid, melted cheese and eggs seasoned with garlic sauce.

  1. Defrost frozen squids in the air, rinse well. Put in boiling salted water (for 1 kg - 2 liters of water and 20 g of salt), bring to a boil and cook at low heat for 3-5 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  2. Cool the squid, peel and cut into strips.
  3. Cucumbers cut into strips.
  4. Peel the eggs and chop finely.
  5. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  6. Peel the garlic. Finely chop the peeled garlic.
  7. To the cheese, add boiled chilled squid chopped into strips and cucumber, chopped eggs. Finely chopped herbs can be added if desired. Mix garlic with mayonnaise, add mayonnaise with garlic to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  8. Put the finished salad in a salad bowl.
  9. For a festive serving, decorate with sprigs of greens or green salad leaves.
