  1. Boil the heart. To do this, it must be washed, pour cold water, bring to a boil. Then drain the water, rinse the heart again and fill with fresh water. Bring to a boil, add 0.25 teaspoons of salt and cook for 1 hour.

  7. Lay out the carrot salad in layers.
  8. Put half of the chopped heart into a transparent tall salad bowl.
  9. Spread it with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise.
  10. Lay out half of the onion.
  11. Then lay out half of the carrots.
  12. Spread carrots 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise.
  13. Repeat layers one more time.
  14. The top of the salad can be smeared with mayonnaise. And you can decorate carrot salad with mayonnaise patterns.
