Crispy salad with pineapple and chicken

Salad with chicken breast and pineapple is crispy thanks to white bread croutons. And the main taste tone of the salad is undoubtedly set by pieces of canned pineapple.

Ingredients

• Chicken fillet - 300 g
• Canned pineapples - 200 g
• Hard cheese - 200 g
• White bread or loaf - 100 g
• Mayonnaise - 100 ml
• Vegetable oil (for frying) - 40 ml

Directions

1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan. In a well-heated oil, lay out the chopped fillet. Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown.
3. To make croutons, cut white bread into cubes.
4. Fry the sliced ​​​​bread in a preheated pan, also until golden brown.
5. We take out the pineapple rings from the jar and cut them into small pieces.
6. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
7. We combine the fried chicken fillet, pineapple, cheese and croutons in a suitable bowl. Mix salad with breadcrumbs.
8. For salad dressing with pineapple and chicken, we use mayonnaise. Mix again.
9. Crispy salad with chicken, pineapple, cheese and croutons is immediately served to the festive table.
