Fresh beet and carrot salad

Preparing such a salad of beets and carrots quickly. If the salad seems too spicy for you, adjust the amount of spices to your liking.

Ingredients

• Lemon juice (squeezed from 1 small lemon) - 1/4 cup (50 g)
• Olive oil (first cold pressed) - 1 tbsp. l. (15-20 g)
• Honey - 1 tbsp. l. (30-35 g)
• Zira ground - 3/4 tsp. (3 g)
• Ground coriander - 1/2 tsp. (2 g)
• Ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp (2 g)
• Hot pepper (cayenne) - 1/8-1/4 tsp. (1 g)
• coarse salt
• Raw beets - 450 g
• Carrot - 200 g
• Fresh parsley leaves - 1/3 cup (10-15 g)

Directions

1. Mix the first seven ingredients in a deep plate or bowl, adding 3/4 tsp. salt.
2. Peel and grate beets and carrots.
3. Place vegetables and parsley in bowl with dressing. Stir the salad.
4. Salad of fresh beets and carrots is good to serve with fried pork meat or chicken
