Fried prawns with pepper and garlic

Garlic and pepper fried prawns are a great snack! You can fry both peeled and unpeeled shrimp, but in this case, do not forget about napkins)

  2. Add wine and shrimp to the pan, increase the heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes (fry raw shrimp for five minutes).
  3. Salt and pepper the cooked prawns with pepper and garlic to taste.
  4. Fried prawns with garlic and pepper can be served, for example, with a green salad.
