Then reduce the heat, add the cream to the saucepan, prepare the sauce, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Throw the spaghetti in a colander, let the water drain, and then transfer the products to the saucepan with the sauce, mix the spaghetti with shrimps and the sauce.
Serve the shrimp spaghetti in portioned bowls, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
