Dip the shrimp in boiling salted water, bring to a boil, cook for a minute, drain, cool and peel.
(If desired, dill stalks, bay leaves, peppercorns can be added to the water for cooking shrimps. Also bring the shrimps to a boil, and then leave them in the broth for at least 20-30 minutes - the shrimps will be juicier and more aromatic.)
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Boil eggs hard-boiled (10 minutes), cool, peel and chop finely.
Chop the dill.
Mix all ingredients.
Add mayonnaise to the salad with shrimps and cucumbers, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
Shrimp and cucumber salad is ready.
