The pasta prepared according to this recipe has a rich creamy tomato flavor, and the shrimps are just perfect with pasta.

  1. Boil 2 liters of water in a saucepan. Sprinkle the tomatoes with 1 1/2 tsp. salt, mix, discard in a colander to glass the liquid, for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add garlic, tomato paste and pepper flakes and fry for about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and vodka, fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, put in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. Add cream and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Meanwhile, pour pasta into a pot of boiling water and boil until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Throw the finished pasta in a colander and pour back into the pan. Transfer the contents of the pan to a saucepan with pasta and simmer everything over low heat for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
