Grapefruit salad with chicken

A very unexpected salad of chicken fillet, prunes, grapefruit.

Ingredients

• Grapefruit - 1 pc.
• Prunes - 100 g
• Boiled chicken fillet - 300 g
• Pine nuts - 50 g
• For refueling:
• Mayonnaise
• or
• For refueling:
• Grapefruit juice
• Lemon juice
• lemon zest
• Mustard
• Honey
• Olive oil
• Rosemary

Directions

1. Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan for a few minutes.
2. Cut prunes not very finely.
3. Chicken fillet cut into medium cubes.
4. We clean the grapefruit. We clean the pulp of grapefruit from white films, as they give a too bitter taste. Grind the slices and add to the rest of the ingredients.
5. Add mayonnaise and mix.
6. Or mix with a blender grapefruit juice, a little lemon, lemon zest, a little bit of mustard and honey, olive oil and rosemary. And dress the salad with grapefruit and chicken.
