Green bean, radish, tomato and feta salad

For those who love green beans, I offer such a wonderful salad of vegetables and feta cheese. In order for the beans to retain their bright green color, after cooking, be sure to throw them into ice water.

  1. Boil beans in salted water until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to ice water for 4-5 minutes. Then drain the beans in a colander.
  2. Transfer the beans to a large bowl, add the onion, cilantro, radish, cheese, and oregano.
  3. Salt and pepper the salad to taste. Vinegar mixed with oil and pour this mixture over the salad. Mix well.
  4. Pour the salad onto a serving dish, sprinkle with tomato slices. Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving.
