Perfect for the summer heat, Greek salad is filling and refreshing at the same time. This variation of the famous snack looks very unconventional on the table, while having a familiar taste. 50 shades of green ingredients, tinted with snow-white feta, will open the well-known Greek salad in a new way.

Ingredients

  1. First marinate the feta. Cut the cheese into cubes, put in a deep plate layers - feta, grated garlic, Provence herbs and olive oil. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash the iceberg lettuce, dry it, tear the leaves with your hands into a deep salad bowl.
  3. Cut green onion feathers, add them to lettuce leaves.
  4. Wash the sweet pepper, peel, cut into large cubes and put in a salad bowl.
  5. Put a peeled and coarsely chopped cucumber on top of the pepper.
  6. The final ingredient in a green Greek salad is pitted green olives. You can take stuffed with lemon or anchovies.
  7. We're getting ready to ship. Mix in a small bowl olive oil, mustard seeds, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and salt to taste, the mixture will begin to thicken and become a beautiful cloudy yellow color.
  8. Put the salad on a serving plate, after mixing all the ingredients beforehand (do not salt!), Put a few pieces of marinated feta on top and pour over the dressing.
  9. Serve the green Greek salad immediately.
