Ice cream is a favorite delicacy that can be easily prepared at home using a minimum of ingredients! In this case, there are only three of them - these are heavy cream, condensed milk and blackberries. Ice cream turns out soft, the sweetness of condensed milk is set off by the sourness of blackberries. Very tasty blackberry ice cream!

  1. Cream should be well chilled.
  2. Puree blackberries (fresh or frozen) in a blender.
  3. Strain the blackberry puree through a strainer to remove the pits.
  4. Pour the cold cream into the bowl of a kitchen machine or bowl.
  5. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gradually pouring in the condensed milk, whip the cream at maximum speed for 3-4 minutes. The mixture should double in volume and become airy.
  7. Then add the pitted blackberry puree to the creamy mixture. Whisk everything together for another 30 seconds. Or just stir with a spatula.
  8. For freezing ice cream, it is very convenient to use portion molds. To spread the mixture in them, I used a pastry bag. There are 12 small servings in total.
  9. Insert the sticks and send the ice cream to the freezer for two to three hours or overnight.
  10. If you don't have special ice cream molds, use paper cups.
  11. Or just put the prepared creamy mass in a container and send it to the freezer. Due to the fat content of the cream, ice cream will be soft, no matter how much it is in the freezer, and it will be easy to pick it up with a spoon. And when you want something sweet and cool, you don't have to run to the store - delicious homemade blackberry ice cream will be at hand!
