A simple and delicious quick dinner from the usual set of products. Minced meat trails are suitable even for a holiday table.

  1. Stuffing season with salt and spices.
  2. Potatoes three on a grater and salt, leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze the excess liquid.
  3. Add cornmeal and grated onion to the stuffing. The second bulb is finely chopped.
  4. Grate carrots. Fry onions with carrots.
  5. Cover the pan with parchment and spread large meatballs.
  6. Spread grated potatoes on top of the cutlets, stewed vegetables on top.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and add spices, pepper.
  8. Grease the top of the stitches with this sauce.
  9. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
  11. These snacks are perfect for a variety of side dishes, salads of fresh vegetables, with delicious, homemade sauces.
